Sprayground offers a 30-day return policy for all unused, unworn merchandise with original tags attached to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
